Plymouth has a church community heritage of social justice in Seattle that dates back to the late 1800s. We’re proud of the church community we’ve become. We invite you to be a part of faith community as Plymouth history continues to be written.
We are a diverse group of people. We are persons of different ages, education, races, abilities, sexual orientations, theological and political beliefs, socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds. We celebrate and find strength in that diversity, and view it as a way to understand the inclusiveness of God.
When you walk through the front doors of Plymouth Church, we hope you will experience peace, intimacy and community. Entering into our sanctuary, you will be embraced by music, light, and people like you, there to seek, think, and worship.
Pause with us…Wednesdays at noon, we invite you to Wednesday Jazz Worship. It’s a time to pause, reflect and relax midweek as jazz by the Plymouth Trio ripples through the sanctuary. On the last Wednesday of the month, we invite you to enjoy a great lunch buffet with us afterwards.
Music is a huge part of what we do here at Plymouth. Our Children’s Choir performs about once a month. Our Adult Choir performs Sunday mornings at 11am weekly from Labor Day through Mid-June, with occasional special holiday services that require additional rehearsal time. Our Handbell Choir performs about once a month.
