We offer two styles of services. Traditional and Contemporary.
Contemporary Worship means a lot of things to different people. At Braddock Street, it means taking the traditional worship form and placing new elements into it. The music is newer and a little louder and played on guitars, keyboards, and drums instead of just an organ and piano. We express ourselves a little differently, but what we express is no different; we are here to lift our voices in praise and thanksgiving to our God and Savior.Music is a rich and important part of our church.
Braddock Street has a wonderful music ministry, ranging from the 50+ member Sanctuary Choir through Handbells to choirs for children of all ages... even a praise band
A partial list of our program is:
Carolers (Kindergarten and 1st grade)
Choristers (2nd and 3rd grades)
Junior Choir (4th and 5th grades)
Youth Choir (6th-12th grades)
Mixed Chorus (adults, perform once a month)
Women's Chorus (women, perform 4 to 5 times a year)
Men's Chorus (men, perform 4 to 5 times a year)
Sanctuary Choir (adults, perform each Sunday)
Handbells (adults)
Praise Band (perform each Sunday)
If you find inspiration and strength in singing the music of Paul Balouche, Amy Grant, The Newsboys, The Gaithers, and other contemporary writers and musicians, the "9:45" may be the place for you to open your heart to Jesus.
