Our Music Ministry

Court Square Ringers
Passersby on Court Square can hear the beautiful sounds of the First Presbyterian Adult Handbell Choir known as the Court Square Ringers.
The Court Square Ringers ring for Sunday morning worship, special services, and occasionally participate in area Handbell Festivals.

Brass Ring Handbell Choir
Youth in grades 9-12 comprise this handbell choir. The members of this ensemble are accomplished handbell ringers.

4M Handbells
Middle School Students in grades 6, 7, and 8.
They share with the congregation as special music at Sunday Morning Worship.

Court Square Choir
Court Square Choir is a 50+ member choir committed to the worship of God through singing sacred music. The intergenerational nature of our choir is one of its greatest strengths. Our members range in experience from current college students to post-retirement persons. A variety of styles of music are learned and offered during worship each week that include selections ranging from the Renaissance Period to the Contemporary. Piano and organ accompaniments are used in addition to a cappella singing. Court Square Choir balances their leadership in worship by participating alternately at the 8:30am and 11:00am services. We also lead worship at various holiday and community worship opportunities, including our community Thanksgiving Eve service.

4M Voices
4M Voices (the Master’s Middle Music Ministry) is a choir made up of 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students who desire to praise God through vocal music.
