Christ United Methodist has been in the Salt Lake Valley for over 100 years. The church has recently remodeled at 2375 East 3300 South. It serves the greater Salt Lake Valley as the largest church of its denomination in the state of Utah with about 1,100 adult members.
An outstanding ministry of the church for over 40 years is the Wesley Bell Ringers, a renowned high school hand bell choir. The Wesley Bell Ringers have traveled to every state in the nation and several foreign countries and performs in church at various times throughout the year.
The Adult Chancel Choir sings at most 9:00 am and 10:30 am Worship Services (Does not sing every Sunday during the summer.)
Our Organ is used in 9:00 am and 10:30 am Worship Services. Our Grand Piano is used for 8:00 am Worship Service. Many talented individuals perform solo, duet and group selections. Our Adult Bell Choir performs in church once a month.Our Sunday Worship Schedule:
8:00 - 8:30 a.m. - Chapel Worship
9:00 - 10:00 a.m. - Sanctuary Worship and Sunday School
10:00 - 10:30 a.m. - Fellowship for All in Gym; Juice & Coffee served
10:30 - 11:30 a.m. - Sanctuary Worship and Sunday School
