Here at Moody Memorial First United Methodist Church, we offer various styles, times and opportunities for worship.
Informal Worship with Communion
This service will offer communion weekly and will be an opportunity to worship and sing in an informal setting.Celebration Worship
The Celebration Praise Team leads this service of contemporary style. This is also an informal service.Traditional Worship
This is our more traditional worship service, and appeals to those who desire some ritual in their worship experience. The Chancel Choir leads the music weekly.Hispanic Worship
Rev. Ray Pinard leads this Spanish language service in the Fellowship Hall. The worship experience is contemporary in nature and utilizes a praise band and powerpoint.Our Music Ministry
Chancel Choir – this choir sings weekly at the 11:00 a.m. traditional service and offers special programs throughout the year.
Hispanic Worship team – his group includes keyboards, drums, guitars, horns and vocalists in an energetic style of praise.
Celebration Worship team – this group includes musicians and vocalists to lead music for our contemporary worship service.
Handbells – Moody has two adult handbell choirs. The Moody Bell Ringers, a group of adults 65+ who perform at functions at Moody Methodist and beyond and the Festival Handbell Choir. This group performs in groups and as individuals for different worship services.
Children’s Choirs – These children sing at a variety of worship services.
