St. Peter's Church, founded in 1838, is one of 73 parishes and missions of the Diocese of Pittsburgh. We are part of the Anglican Communion, a worldwide fellowship of churches that trace their history back to the Reformation in England. Rooted in the evangelical tradition, we teach faithful adherence to Holy Scripture, the need for repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, and the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit. We are an active parish with a Sunday School for all ages, energetic children's ministries, great opportunities for youth, adult fellowship groups, a food pantry outreach to the poor, and a full choir.
