Central Moravian Church is a member of the Unitas Fratrum or the Unity of the Brethren, an international denomination popularly called the Moravian Church. We are in the Eastern District of the Moravian Church, Northern Province in America.
Our Music
The Central Moravian Church Choir is a 50 member choir that sings regularly at the 11:00 a.m. worship service in the Sanctuary.

The Chapel Choir is a choir that sings periodically at the 9:00 a.m. worship service in the Old Chapel.
The Handbell Choir plays periodically in worship services.
The Central Brass Choir provides special music on Sunday mornings throughout the year.
The Central String Ensemble is a group of string players who play periodically at worship services.
The Central Youth Choir is a group of 2nd through 12th graders who sing, play instruments, and ring handbells at both the 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. worship services throughout the year.
Throughout the year, a Men's Choir and a Women's Choir provide special music.
Central Moravian Church is proud to sponsor wonderful concerts throughout the year.

In celebration of the 200th anniversary of the building of the sanctuary, the Central Moravian Church Choir released in 2006 a long-awaited recording commemorating the historic Christmas Eve Vigils. Music includes the inspiring hymns as well as Lauridsen's "O Magnum Mysterium," Mendelssohn's "There Shall a Star," Rutter's "Candlelight Carol," and the beloved Moravian Christmas hymn, "Morning Star."
Also, now available, the Favorite Hymns of Central Moravian Church CD featuring the Central Moravian Church Brass Ensemble (Todd Silvius, Matthew Silvius, Caitlin Worrich, David Freeman, and Allen Frank), Central Moravian Choir and members.
