It is important for any organization to have a documented vision statement. At First Assembly, we have adopted an easy-to-remember abbreviation which encompasses--in simplified form--who we are and what we do:

Witness: Giving the world an adequate expression of God's love and grace.

At First Assembly, music is a vital part of worshiping the Lord. The styles of music may range from contemporary to conservative, but the message remains constant: Praise the Lord!

During the 9:00 and 10:45 a.m. Morning Worship Services, the Celebration Choir and Orchestra lead us in meaningful praise and worship with a mixture of contemporary choruses and classic hymns. The Sunday Evening Praise Gathering's time of worship features a more contemporary musical feel with a small praise band and mixed vocal ensemble.
