At White Oak we believe that Worship is more than a ritual you go through once a week-Worship is what defines a Christian's relationship to God. So when we gather each week it's a celebration! It's the family of God coming together to express our love for the Father.

We desire to honor Him with excellence with everything we do because He deserves nothing less than our best.

OUR MUSIC MINISTRY
Worship Choir
The WOCC Worship Choir is the heart and soul of our worship ministry. While many churches have decided that the choir doesn’t really have a place in contemporary worship we have taken just the opposite view. Our worship choir brings a level of energy to our worship services that it is contagious and impossible to achieve in any other way.

Worship Band
The White Oak Worship Band plays for virtually every worship service we have. The Band consists of highly committed individuals who give freely of their time and talents in service to Jesus and His church.

Orchestra
Our orchestra forms for special musicals and events.

Praise Team
The Praise Team is a select group of singers who have the heart and ability to lead people to worship through music. This team ministers at our regular weekend services by leading worship on Saturday evenings, once a month on Sundays during the school year, and weekly on Sundays throughout the summer.

They are often asked to lead worship for special services, such as Thanksgiving Eve, Good Friday, “Concerts of Prayer” and “To the Sky” (an outdoor praise experience).

There are other musical groups that form occasionally for a specific time. These include special productions for holidays, Men’s Chorus, Kid’s Choirs, ensembles, etc. These ministries will be publicized on our web site and at church when they are forming.
