Our tradition of beautiful choral and organ music continues at St. Stephen's.
In keeping with the Anglican Tradition, good and fitting music is selected according to the liturgical season. Our cultural resources run deep, given the diversity of our neighborhood and more than one hundred years of choral singing!Accordingly, on a given Sunday at St. Stephen's, parishioners may hear Gregorian Chant together with American Gospel Spirituals, Renaissance polyphony together with traditional hymnody, and French-style organ improvisation together with the splendor of the early English masters.
Our Sunday worship is always a celebration and may be enhanced by dramatic gospel presentations, choir or band performances, or displays of our own artwork.
