Our belief in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior unites the members of Central Presbyterian Church in worship and praise and in proclaiming God's love for us.

In a word, worship at Central is our service before the service--the central way in which we come before God to be sent by God into the world as it is, sent as the presence and power and love of Jesus Christ for all things great and small.

The church building is in an early English gothic style. The trimmings are of Ohio sandstone with dressed faces and the roof is covered in a variegated purple slate. Ten stained glass windows on the north and south sanctuary walls were installed in 1940, comprising forty panels depicting Bible stories in chronological order.
