First Baptist Church of Lee's Summit, Missouri is a wonderful church composed of a magnificent mix of adults, youth, and children. As a family of faith we have made a commitment to love God with all of our heart, mind, soul, and strength. We have also made a commitment to love those around us as much as we love ourselves.

The Sanctuary Choir sings every Sunday morning in both morning worship services. The Sanctuary Orchestra plays on the 1st and 3rd Sunday's each month in both morning worship services. We also present major musical works at Christmas and in the spring.

There are also vocal ensembles, instrumental ensembles, a Handbell Choir, a musical theater group and a Praise Band. We hope you will come on in and find out more about what's awaiting you at FBCLS.

Our Youth Choir sings for special programs at Christmas and a major musical mission tour in the summer. We also sing each Sunday evening for worship and try to take several trips throughout the year to share through music what God has done for us.

But wait, there's more! We have a graded Children's Choir program called First Kids Choir for all kids age 3 through 6th grade.

We have a Sanctuary Orchestra that plays twice a month for worship. We also put together instrumental ensembles throughout the year, accompany the choir for major musical presentations at Christmas and in the spring.

Located in downtown Lee's Summit at 2 NE Douglas, we hope you will join us for Sunday morning worship services at 9:30 or 10:45 AM. Our Bible Studies are available at 8:15, 9:30 and 10:45 AM. Sunday Evening worship is 6:30 PM and Wednesday evening services start at 6:30 PM.
