There are many opportunities to worship at Galloway Memorial UMC. Apart from our many special services throughout the year, we offer three services weekly on Sunday mornings, Wednesday at Galloway (WAG) activities, and a chapel service on Wednesdays at noon.
At our 8:30 Service of Word and Table the pattern of worship we follow is called liturgy, which comes from a Greek word meaning "the work of the people." This says that the people do not assemble as mere spectators. For participation of all is a vital work of the people.

Our 11:00 a.m. service of worship is a family friendly, multi-aged, stylistically integrated service, which is also the only live worship service broadcast in the Jackson television market. See our web site for station and time information.
Wednesday - At - Galloway (WAG) is a mid-week ministry for the entire family. Through song, food, conversation and study all are inspired, equipped, and challenged to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in the world.
The purpose of Galloway’s Music, Drama, Craft, and Liturgical Dance Ministries is to enable, enliven, and enrich all who seek Galloway as a spiritual home in the corporate worship of God. In as much as music and arts are central expressions of faith, devotion, praise, piety, and celebration, we believe they are also fundamental vehicles of evangelism and outreach into the community.
You can listen to a sample of our choirs' recent recordings, watch us live every Sunday morning, and access audio of our past sermons on our web site.
EVERYONE is welcomed and invited to come and experience WORSHIP AT GALLOWAY!
