Our Music

The Sounds of Praise Choir leads the congregation in worship during the 10:30 worship service. This choir also presents several major concerts throughout the year such as Non-Seasonal concerts, and The Glory of Christmas (Musical and Drama).

The “Sounds of Grace” Choir of First Baptist Church of Purvis strives to love each other, to sing with excellence to the glory of God, and minister to fellow choir members, church family, and the community around us.

Our graded Pre-school and Children’s Choirs, children K-4 through 6th grade, perform during our Church Family Thanksgiving Praise Service and several performances during the 10:30 am Worship Celebration.
