The Sanctuary Choir of Main Street Baptist Church is a non-auditioned choir of adults. The purpose of the Choir is to glorify and praise God through song, to sing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and through this message, to serve as a companion minister to the preached Word. The choir sings for Main Street's 11:00am worship service each Sunday morning, for worship on Sunday evenings approximately once a month, as well as leading the church in worship through seasonal major programs.

The Student Singers is a non-auditioned choir of students grade 7 through college. The Student Singers sing twice a month for Sunday evening worship and occasionally for Sunday morning worship. They also participate in seasonal musicals and productions and in summer mission experiences.

Main Street Baptist is fortunate to have some of the finest, most committed, talented, and well-trained children's choir leadership of any church. The directors of these choirs seek to provide spiritual, emotional, physical, musical, and social development for each child. The choirs are graded to better meet the needs of the children. Each choir sings periodically in our services.

Main Street's Orchestra ia an auditioned group college age and above players that plays weekly except for selected holiday weekends. The orchestra accompanies the church's congregational singing, the Sanctuary Choir, and provides service music through the playing of preludes and offertories. It also accompanies the Sanctuary Choir in major musical presentations throughout the year.

The Sanctuary Bells is a volunteer handbell choir that leads in worship as announced. The choir plays a five octave set of Schulmerich handbells.
