St. Margaret's Church, Westminster Parish is a caring community of faithful people, created by God, redeemed by the Son, and empowered by the Holy Spirit. Our mission is to joyfully radiate God's love and to live our lives in Christ.

St. Margaret's Church offers music of all styles to enhance the worship of its congregants. It also offers the community a series of free concerts with an emphasis on music that the whole family can enjoy. For those who like to make music, St. Margaret's has a variety of ensembles and programs available.

Organs, organists, choirs--St. Margaret's is indeed blessed as it offers its musical voice in praise of God!

The Chancel Choir of St. Margaret's offers traditional anthems twice a month.

The Third Sunday Band provides Contemporary Christian Music for worship usually on the third Sunday of the month. Additionally the band performs concerts and contributes to worship at other locations.

Influenced by a diversity of musical styles, Third Sunday continually crafts popular Christian selections into unique arrangements of their own and performs original music. Third Sunday features acoustic and electric guitar, keyboard, harmonica, mandolin, flute, and percussion along with 6 vocalists in an energetic blend of traditional hymns and folk, rock, country and blues styled contemporary music.

They have released several CDs, you can read the lyrics, and listen to a full line-up of songs from our web site.

The Motet Ensemble specializes in music of the Renaissance and Baroque and performs at special services.

The Spirit Singers bring children's voices into worship.

The Joyful Noise teaches the youngest members of our congregation how to praise God through music.

Generations is a program designed for families who make music together.

The organ at St. Margaret's is a Rodgers 940 model with Swell, Great and Choir keyboards as well as MIDI Digital voices. It has a zimbelstern of 8 bells given in honor of the former organist, the late Grace Gaffney.

We also have a Yamaha C7 grand piano for accompaniments and recitals and three additional small pianos.
