Mt. Zion Consecrated Mass Choir New CD Release The release of Mt. Zion’s first recording, in stores April 3, 2003 titled James Bignon and The Deliverance Mass Choir featuring Mount Zion Baptist Church Choir. The title song God Is Great is a milestone in the legendary James Bignon’s career. The duets “Thank You For Everything and My Offering features two of Mt. Zion ’s own vocalist. This project was recorded live in Sioux City, Iowa and James Bignon captured the hearts of the Christian market audience during the recording session. |

Mt. Zion Youth Choir on the move Mt Zion Missionary Baptist Church Community Youth Choir brings you a Contemporary Gospel sound. With over 175 anointed voices. This Choir was formed in 2005 here in Sioux City, Iowa, through the leadership of our Pastor, the Reverend Dr. Floyd E. Brown. Reverend Brown then appointed three young ladies to head up the youth choir, Monique Scarlett, Carlotta Franks, and Tammie Thedford. This Choir has an outreach program which reaches young people of different cultural backgrounds, different race and religions.
