Sunday Worship at Beautiful Savior
Every church has its own style of worship. As in any church, you can expect it to take a couple of Sundays to become accustomed to our way of praising God. Every service is outlined in the Hymnbook.
Our Sunday worship service focuses on readings from the Bible. Music and singing are also important parts of our service.
The Lutheran Church has always been known to be a Church of singing. Beautiful Savior holds to that old tradition. We use a variety of liturgies, many psalms and a host of hymns to worship the Triune God more completely. Our organists are also an important part of the worship.
Our Children's Choir usually sing once a month for our worship service. The children also play an integral role in the Christmas service both in telling the story of Christ’s birth and in singing the Christmas carols.
Our Adult Choir's goal is to enhance the worship service but also to be musical leaders aiding the congregation in learning new hymns, psalms and liturgies. They sing at least once a month for worship. During the Advent and Lenten Season, they sing more often.
We hope you can join us this Sunday!
