Community Baptist Church was organized over sixty years ago for the purpose of bringing glory to Jesus Christ, God's Son. Though our ministry has grown and changed over the years, our Master and our mission have remained the same.
In a day when many churches are moving away from Biblical values, Community is noted for its loyalty to the Word of God. From the preaching of the Scriptures to our traditional but vibrant music program, we seek to honor our risen Lord. You will find Community to be a place of friendliness toward men and faithfulness toward Christ - a unique combination today.
The purpose of our music program is to focus attention on Christ as we worship Him together through song and, more importantly, the preaching of God's Word. Our large choir, orchestra, various vocal and instrumental ensembles, handbell choir and general special music provided Indiana every service. The traditional styling of our music is intentional and stands out Indiana a day when so much confusion exists Indiana most churches. Our music is definitely not the "norm" that you find Indiana most worship settings. We cordially invite you to come and hear the difference.
