We attempt to be a loving, caring fellowship, committed to reaching out to those seeking to know Jesus, studying the Word of God, and growing in what it means to be a Christian in today's world.
It is the goal and purpose of the Music Ministry of First Presbyterian Church to glorify God and to help lead the worshipper to a more genuine worship experience. We play, sing and ring great music from our Christian heritage as well as from all styles and time periods. The Children's Choirs sing Periodically in the worship services from September through April.
Our Music Ministry
Chancel Choir is our adult choir and sings at both worship services each Sunday. They also present various musical presentations throughout the year.
Adult Orchestra is a growing part of our 11:00 a.m. worship service and accompanies the Chancel Choir anthems Periodically as well as for seasonal presentations.
Handbell Choirs with children and adult participants.
Young Musicians Choir is made up of children in the third grade through fifth grade.
Music Makers Choir is made up of children in the first and second grades.
Angel Choir is made up of four and five year old children.
