Worship is an integral part of the life of First Presbyterian Church. We are blessed with many talented Minister's who share their experience and knowledge of the Bible and our Lord through their teachings on Sunday mornings.

We are taught and led in our journey and walk with Christ by these teachings. We want to share this part of worship with everyone. Visit the Sermons section of our web site where you will find audio of our Sunday sermons led by one of our pastors at the 9:45 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. worship services. CD's are also available by contacting our church office.

Scripture is full of references to music and to the joy that it brings – not only to God, but also to the human soul.

At First Presbyterian Church, we believe that music is an inherent part of our worship experience. We celebrate the joy of our Lord through voice and instrument and welcome you to join with us in the singing of His holy praises.


Adult Choirs
Chancel Choir (College Age – Adult)
Sings at the 11:15 a.m. worship service. This is the primary adult choir for the church.

The choir sings a wide variety of choral styles from the mid-18th century through the 21st century. They present an annual performance of Handel’s Messiah the second weekend in December. The Chancel Choir also presents a major work in worship during Lent and travels nationally and abroad on choir mission tours.

Sacre Voci (College Age — Adult)
Sings monthly in worship. This choir focuses on music from the early church, the polyphony of the renaissance and early Baroque, as well as contemporary jewels for smaller choirs.


Sanctuary Singers (College Age – Adult)
Sings at the 8:30 a.m. worship service monthly.

EPSILON (grades 7 – 12)
Kirchenglocken (grades 9 – 12)
Ecclesia Ringers (grades 7 – 8)

Children's Choirs
Joy Choir (age 4 by September 1 through K)
Melody Choir (grades 1 –3)
