WORSHIP

8:30 a.m. An informal worship gathering led by members of the congregation as well as the pastors who give an explanation of the Word. Modern sounds in music make this an exciting and moving experience.

10:00 a.m. Intergenerational traditional Presbyterian order of worship, and includes a children’s message, chancel choir, new and old great hymns of the church and proclamation of the Word.

The Music Ministry is very active in the community of faith at Pine Shores. The Chancel Choir provides the primary music for all Sunday Morning Worship services and other special services throughout the year. Other choirs regularly participate and enrich the Worship services. All choirs also add music to church wide activities and community events in the Sarasota area.

Cherub Choir: Children in ages 3-4.

Joy Company Choir: Children in grades K - 5.

Youth Choir: Youth in grades 6 - 12.

Chancel Choir: Adults, high school age and older. Provides music for Sunday worship services and ecumenical services throughout the year and participates in seasonal concerts and festivals.

HANDBELL CHOIRS

Handchime Choir: Children in grades 3 - 5. Besides enriching worship services, this choir also rings at Family Night Dinners and other church-wide events.

Youth Ringers: Youth in grades 6 - 12.

Clara Kaiser Carillon: The Clara Kaiser Carillon Handbell Choir is for experienced ringers. This choir is in it's 34th year of ringing, adding to the worship service at Pine Shores.

The Four-In-Hand Bell Choir: This smaller, advanced handbell ensemble uses the "four-in-hand" technique in their playing. They play regularly for worship and in concerts.

Each year our church hosts a Concert Series in which all concerts are free and open to the public.
