To say that First Baptist Church - Panama City is a "musical" church is an understatement! There seems to be an abundance of musical talent here! It is our desire to strive for excellence in everything we do at First Baptist Church and Music is no exception!

Musical styles offered at First Baptist Church - Panama City are the most varied around town! We believe that "variety is the spice of life" and so we demonstrate that in the musical selections as well! The Music Ministry of First Baptist Church - Panama City is comprised of many choirs, ensembles and instrumental groups!

"NEW COVENANT SINGERS"
This is our adult ensemble. They mainly perform contemporary/"praise team" type selections in the style of the Brooklyn Tabernacle of New York City.

"THE KINGS MEN"
This adult male ensemble is an exciting group to hear! They perform solely Southern Gospel music. They are a real favorite of our church family!

CHILDREN'S CHOIRS
Grades 1-5
Preschool 3-5
We have some of the finest Children's Choirs around! Dedicated and trained workers weekly strive to make your child's musical experiences exciting, fun and educational!

SANCTUARY CHOIR
This is the Adult Choir. From classical to Southern Gospel to Contemporary Gospel, the musical styles are as varied as the adults that are the choir members!

SANCTUARY ORCHESTRA
This instrumental group is tremendous! Not only do they accompany the congregational singing and the choir anthems, they perform special selections as well!

"JUBILATION"
This very fine adult ladies ensemble produces rich harmonies!

"DESTINY" HIGH SCHOOL ENSEMBLE
This group will be patterned after the Voices of Mobile from the University of Mobile -- very contemporary, upbeat and fun!
