The Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd is deeply rooted in the community and rich in history. Through our worship and witness, through years of ministry to the parish and neighborhood, through the inspiring beauty of our buildings and music, Good Shepherd offers both activity and serenity. We proclaim the Gospel of Christ and strive to act upon it.

Good Shepherd has a long tradition of excellent singing to complement the worship on Sundays and feast days. The choir, consisting of 20 volunteer singers, leads the singing of the hymns and canticles and offers at least one anthem each Sunday.

The repertoire ranges from the Renaissance to the present day. In addition to singing for the church's regular Sunday worship services, the choir presents choral evensong once a month with settings of Psalms, Canticles and Anthems. On High Feast Days, members of the Chamber Music Society of Good Shepherd often accompany the Good Shepherd Choir.
