Established in 1854, Immaculate Conception is the second-oldest church in the Diocese of St. Augustine.
The church is located on the corner of Ocean and Duval Streets in downtown Jacksonville.

Immaculate Conception Church's music program is large and varied and includes four choirs. The Young Adults perform at the 8 a.m Mass, the Children perform at the 10 a.m. Mass, the Adult choir handles the noon Mass and the Spanish choir performs at the 2 p.m. Mass. The adult choir has performed with the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra and elements of the Orchestra frequently augment the musical selections during mass.

The Organ
The organ is a electro-pneumatic (formerly tracker) Pipe III-30 Hutchins 1908 Cabinet Work by the great Ernest Skinner.
