In our Community of Faith, you'll hear a lot about "the avenues." In fact, we believe there are four Avenues to a full and enriching daily experience with God. First of all, we all meet in a place called Community Center, which simply represents our prayer and worship together.

Each year, the Christmas Pageant hosts nearly 50,000 audience members and millions more around the world through television and video. In 1994, First Baptist was featured on the front page of USA Today, the nation’s newspaper, for its unique holiday outreach. The televised Pageant received two regional Emmy awards from the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

First Baptist's music program recorded an album with Don Moen (“Let Your Glory Fall”) and hosted two weekend concerts with more than a hundred members of the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir. First Baptist also became known for its Patriotic Celebration, held each year at the beginning of July. This grand commemoration includes hundreds of red, white and blue balloons, salutes and anthems, Marines rapelling out the Worship Center ceiling and a stirring message from the pastor.

Our website includes an archive of the internet broadcasts of our sermons including the live video feed of our services and audio in English or five other international languages.

We duplicate cassettes, CD's, and DVD's of Sunday morning worship services and other large events. These products can be purchased at our booth in the lobby of the Worship Center, and many of the sermon series bundles can now be purchased in our online store.
