We are a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, a communion of over 5 million baptized Christians from coast to coast. Lutheran churches form the largest Protestant denomination worldwide.

Our life as a congregation is centered in the good news that in Jesus the Christ God has loved, forgiven, and reconciled humankind which is estranged by sin from each another and from God.

Since 1887 Salem Lutheran Church has ministered in the Greater Bridgeport community. We have a very musically talented congregation who helps lead worship through song.

We Invite you to Worship

Sundays at 8:15AM (until June 15) - A service of hymns, scripture, preaching, prayer and Holy Communion.



Sundays at 10:30AM (until June 15) - A liturgy including Holy Communion on first and third Sundays and festivals. Nursery care and activity hour are available for younger children during worship if parents prefer not to have them in church.
