We want to personally welcome you to the ministry of the First United Methodist Church in Colorado Springs, where our church has a long and rich history of effective ministry.

Our ministries present the Gospel of Christ and are intentionally and prayerfully designed to help people of all ages grow and mature in faith and to serve the needs of the community and the world.

We offer:

7:30 am "Early Riser" Worship Service. If you are an early riser, you will enjoy the intimacy of this worship service in our chapel.

8:00 am Traditional Worship Service. Experience our Youth Singers, a relevant message and still have plenty of time to enjoy the day with your family.

9:30 am "Crossroads"Contemporary Worship Service. Worship in a more informal contemporary spirit with the upbeat music of a great praise group.

11:00 am Traditional Worship Service. Experience the magnificence of a wonderful pipe organ and a full chancel choir.

The mission of our Music & Arts Ministry is to proclaim God's Word, encourage discipleship, and enhance spirituality through excellent, diverse and inspirational music and arts.

There are three adult vocal choirs:

The Chancel Choir is a vital part of worship at First United Methodist Church. Combined musical experience and spiritual understanding formulate the goal of this choir.

The Chamber Singers is a smaller group selected from the Chancel Choir.

The Senior Adult Choir is for singers 65 and older.

There is also Youth, Children, Handbell and Sign choirs.

Our Signs of Praise Choir is deaf interpretation choir that uses their hands to interpret for Christ in a unique fashion.
