For over 45 years Applewood Baptist Church has been reaching Wheat Ridge and the greater Denver metro area with the good news of Jesus Christ. We gather each week for worship, Bible study and discipleship training.



Worship at Applewood is God-focused, God-honoring, celebrative, and uplifting. Members of our Worship Choir are passionate about worship and share a commitment and faithfulness to bring excellence to this vibrant ministry. Their desire is to assist in leading our congregation in worship to our Lord. Their goal is simple…”His Glory, Our Goal”.



The goal of our orchestra is the same as the choir…”His Glory, Our Goal”. They lead worship with the adult choir every Sunday and for special events.



The Praise Brigade is our choir for children in Kindergarten through 6th grade. They sing for worship services occasionally, and present two programs during the year.



The Heritage Singers senior adult choir presents concerts at local retirement centers and nursing homes nearly every week in the fall and spring.



The Youth Choir, 7th through 12th grade students, prepare songs to share in worship services. At times, they are accompanied by the orchestra and worship choir.
