The winter of 2002 marked the 80th anniversary for First Christian Church of Yuma. For over three quarters of a century, this church has shared the life changing Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout Yuma and around the world.
Sunday traditional worship service times: 9:30 and 11:00 am
Twenty4/7 is First Christian Church's Saturday night service. It's different from Sunday, and a little edgy, but you won't be let down. Come and experience Twenty4/7 every Saturday at 6:00 p.m. You will meet a lot of genuine, down-to-earth people. There's no dress code, and we don't check ID. You'll hear relational messages from some great guys. You'll hear some rockin' music too!
We place a high priority on corporate worship at First Christian Church. Our vision is to develop Christ-centered worship settings and seasonal outreach productions which will provide both believers and seekers the opportunity to experience an intimate encounter with the Living God. We strive for excellence in the use of music, drama, and other creative arts to accomplish our vision.
OUR MUSIC MINISTRY
Worship Choir (Adults) - leads in worship every two to three weeks and is divided into smaller, rotating worship teams all other weeks. The Choir also serves as the musical backbone of Christmas and Spring productions.
Praise Band - leads Sunday morning worship every week.Kids' Khoir - grades 1-6, work primarily on two seasonal programs each year, but may be scheduled to sing at other services or events.
