About The Greenes

Emerging from North Carolina 's Blue Ridge Mountains region in 1978, this family gospel group is comprised of brothers Tim and Tony along with their sister Kim.  Originally accompanied by their father Everette on piano, they toured steadily in the years to follow, finally earning national recognition in 1984 when their single "Gloryland" reached the Gospel Top 40.

Kim later exited the group and was replaced with sopranos Amy Lambert and Milena Parks prior to adding TaRanda Kiser in late 1997.  Some of their more recent releases include the album Special Time in 1998, Wonderful Story in 1999 and So Happy in 2000.

Through all the valleys and mountaintop experiences, the Greenes have pushed ever forward with the vital message of hope and grace that is found in Christ Jesus.  When The Greens turn on the energy, people just can't help getting up and dancing and having an overall fabulous time.
