Co-Founder and Co-CEO of The Good Life Media Group, Edward Long is a force to be reckoned with. Three years ago, the 25 year old entertainment magnate established an enterprising media conglomerate, which today has international reach in Canada, Israel, Peru, Puerto Rico, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Comprised of three divisions that target a demographic between the ages of 18-32, The Good Life Media Group includes two radio broadcasts, a television broadcast, and a music production entity. The company’s flagship, The Good Life Radio, is a nationally syndicated program Long began hosting in November 2004. Spanning seven markets and reaching approximately 300,000 listeners weekly, the broadcast has an extensive playlist, which features Rap music as well as Christian and R&B. Guests of the show include experts in the fields of finance, politics, religion, entrepreneurship and women’s empowerment; among them Lee Jenkins, JesseJackson, Al Sharpton, Bishop Eddie Long, Jeff Johnson and Jennifer Keitt. Long’s newest venture entails programming for The Good Life Television. In October 2007, Long will be co-producing Steel Roots & The Good Life Television Presents Mixx Masters Lounge airing on the Inspiration Network. The program willprovide the best in artist interviews and concert segments for 80 million prospective viewers.

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Edward's interest in the media and broadcasting began in high school where he hosted the school’s weekly television broadcast. Fueling his passion for entertaining the masses,Long became a radio personality while attending Florida A&M University (FAMU). An electrifying host, Long burned up the campus airwaves with the hottest rapand R&B music as well as his controversial SGA Talks segment.  An equally talented recording artist and producer, Edward also has three albums and a myriad of mix tapes to his credit. 

Dedicated to helping others experience “the goodlife God’s way,” Edward Long serves as a mentor for students at Stephenson High School . He also shares the message of hope through Christ to youth and young adults in group homes and federal detention centers in Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida.
