 DC Talk has so much to offer christians and especially non christians. Rumors have it that they have stopped tours. I see thier music as more than music. It's a ministry. I know God can use them to speak to today's youth. It's discouraging to think they have no plans to tour/minister to us in the near future. Especially in California where they are really needed, to speak Gods truth to so many unsaved. My prayer is that thier journey hasn't ended and that they can make a stop near Los Angeles!

dc Talk has moved me in so many ways. They have really helped me in my music ministry and helped me press on for God! What an awesome group!!!!!!!!

Hi! I just wanted to tell you why D.C. Talk is my favorite group. They reached out to me. I was worried about what others would say about me being a Christian. I know I shouldn't have cared but I did. The reason why was becasue not many people where I lived were saved. Well, when I heard that song, that was it... It had touched me in a way that no song has. I think DcTalk is really cool and their music is awesome! They have a big infleunce on young people. I went to this Christian Place called Creation and I heard them singing there live. People are really into their Music, Young and old! If you want my opinion on how they infleunced me, I give you my opinion. What they sing about has had a big affect on my life

I like DC TALK because of not only the way they do there musice or the style of the music but the fact that they always focus there music on what God wants for each and everyone of our lives. i love dctalk and i would like to see them again i was 10 min away from being frost bit cause i went to there concert in Columbus Ohio in march of 99 and road in the back of a truck with the top over it and it was i think thirty degrees and we had a 2 and a half hr drive home.was late for skool but i would do it again to go see dc talk cause it was so fun.but remember God loves you and Jesus loves you and i love you ,and keep making those awesome songs . bye john

dc talk rocks!!!!! A friend first got me into dc talk right after they put out thier Jesus Freak cd. Ever since then I have tried to get anything with them in it or on it. I even gone to all the websites I can find with them on it.

First off let me start by saying Dc Talk rocks!!! I love all their songs and I love their videos I think they started the whole Christian rock thing!!! Their video with Carman rocked.. they are definitely the coolest band out there.... When my sister and I first heard Jesus Freak we knew that that song would be us and it is. Dc Talk relates to me and I love them.....Bubbles.....

I absolutly LOVE dcTALK, they are so awesome, and their songs just so incredibly reflect love for God, and that's so cool for band to be out there like that! My favorite songs are "Red Letter's", "Since I Met You", & "My Friend, So Long." I love all of their songs! Even off of the older ones! They're so awesome in concert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so glad there is a band like DC Talk out there. If it wasn't for them I would not be into Christian Music this day. I have been listening to them ever since their first album and seen as many concerts of them as I can. I am so glad their doing what their doing. DC talk is the best band! I've memorized all the words to all their songs on their CD Supernatural. Supernatural is probably my favorite-but i love all the songs. Hey you! We like these guys alot. My daughters got to shake their hands several times at their concert in Chicago at the UIC Pavillion. Had some great seats along the walk way stage. I am a bit worried about them though. I'm getting the impression that perhaps Kevin is losing sight of the real reason he's out there singing. I don't want to think like that. These guys are so much fun to listen to and sing along with. I love 'Coloured People' and 'Jesus Freak'. A real favorite is 'I'm into Jesus'. I bought that shirt that said HEY YOU on the front and the rest on the back. Talk about getting everyones attention. I say that all the time (Hey You) so thats why I think I was drawn to that shirt. While at a Rennisance Fair in Bristol, Wi. I had 'Jokers' jump out in front of me and shout......"HEY YOU" and then they would say..."Well, that's what it says on your shirt", in this English accent. I screamed the first time. Wow, what a fright. My daughters just laughed. Sorry, I'm getting off the real subject here. We do love these guys and really would like to see them again. DC Talk is the best! They were the first Christian Band I ever heard. They set the stage for Christian music. Jesus Freak really introduced people to Christian music. What makes me mad, though, is that the media and the press criticize Christian music. They say that bands like DC Talk only play Christian music because Christian music is becoming more and more popular. DC Talk reintroduced Christian music. They knew how to reach out to teens. DCTalk was the 1st christian group I had ever heard, and the first song was lean on me. When I heard the song free atr last I was kind of touched because I rememberd when Jesus set me free from all my sins. Ever since then I have a DCTalk Freak, and a Jesus Freak when the 96 CD came out. My favorite song Wanna Be Loved because we all need love no matter what. DCTalk has chnaged my life in some ways, when I went to one of there concerts I almost got to touch Toby its was so cool. In my own opinion, I think that dc Talk is the greatest group, ever to hit the Christian Music Scene. I got to go to my first concert (seems like it was yesterday) on April 20, 1996, that was 2 days before my 16th birthday. I found out 3 or 4 days later that my friend (the one that I went w/ to the concert) paid the extra $10 so I could sit in the 4th row from the stage. I was an inch away from getting to touch Kevin, while they were on stage performing. That was one of the most awesome experiences that I have ever been through in my entire life, at the time. After the concert, I was never the same again. I am trying to say that dc Talk has changed my life since that one night. hello everyone my name is heather i am writing this because DC talk was one of the first alternative Christian bands that i ever heard and actually liked they have really been an inspiration to me in my walk with the Lord. they have shown me, thru there music, that it is OK to "stumble" because the Lord WILL pick you up, dust you off.and sit you back up . (speaking from experiance)well i just thought i would share my experience with DC talk and their AWESOME music!!!!!!!

 Hey, I just wanted to tell why I like DC Talk. DC Talk was the first Contemporary Christian Concert that I went to, I had always heard of them and finally got the chance to see them. Their concert rocked, but that wasn't the only thing, it really made me realize how wonderful God is, and his love that he has for all of us. I listen to their music and it makes me want to be a better a Christian. I also see them getting on stage, not just to put on a show, but to testify and witness to all who are at the concert about Jesus Christ and the love and life that he has planned for us. Keep on "rockin", most importantly keep on spreading the word through the music.

It's hard being a Christian teen with all the problems dealing with drinking to having a physcial relansheship with a guy.  I just wanted to say that I love DC Talk and the message that they've been trying to communicate to youths across the continent for so many years. I really appreciate all of the time, hard work, and constant prayer they've put into their ministry. On another note, I think that they made the right decision to call it quits for a while because they've been in the public's eye for so long ministering for all of these years. When you're constantly ministering to others, there comes a time when you really need to take a break, rest and be ministered to for a change. They have families now that they need to be with in person on a day to day basis. It's time to take care of themselves for a while. We don't always realize it but many artists lose their focus and get caught up in all kinds of things that they don't need to be caught up in after working overtime for so long without taking time off to rest. Now they can allow God to refill them with His love and give them a new focus. I hope that everything works out. I'm praying for them.

 DC Talk has been a real blessing. Before I became a Christian, I used to listen to secular music such as Celine Dion and some other groups. I would sing along not knowing what the words meant or what I was even saying. But when I met this guy named Daniel and when we became better friends he showed me DC Talk. and I loved it! I started getting into all of the christian music type stuff and now I never listen to secular music any more!
I don't know whether the rumor about them going to break up the group is true or not. But if so, I really pray that they don't and that they still bless the youth of today with their music and lyrics. Thanks for your time!

 All I have to say is that Dc Talk is my favorite group no questions asked! They have so many songs that are able to touch peoples hearts and minds. The songs are so realistic and relate to feelings people have. Now JESUS-FREAK is definately the ultimate song ever in my book! I LOVE IT and so does everyone I know. It has even effected nonchristians that I know, making them even more turned on about the gospel.
